Who:
A leader and advocate for ethical photography, Melissa Groo strives to capture amazing, story-telling photographs without disrupting animals or their habitats. Along with bird expert Kenn Kaufman, she created the National Audubon Society’s landmark Guide to Ethical Bird Photography and Videography. Her photographs have appeared on the covers of Audubon, Smithsonian, Natural History, Living Bird, and Outdoor Photographer magazines and in publications such as National Geographic and National Wildlife.
